How soon will I get the product keys after I place my order online?
You should get your license keys in a few minutes.
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. Payment processing usualy takes a few minutes and you will receive emails with your license keys, payment receipt and invoice once the payment has been confirmed.
Avangate will contact you if there is any problem with the payment.

What can I do if I don't receive my license key after payment?
First, check that the confirmation emails were not trapped as "SPAM" by your email client or email provider.

All Maxprograms products are available for evaluation with all features enabled for a duration of up to 30 days. We strongly suggest you to try the software before buying.
Under normal circumstances, Maxprograms does not offer any refund for any purchase made once the supplied license keys have been registered.
