Java Properties Viewer
A tool specially created for viewing translated Java .properties files comprising languages not supported by the ISO 8859-1 character encoding.
This viewer is specially provided to enable users required to translate Java properties files into non-Latin languages, such as Chinese-Japanese-Korean, Cyrillic, Greek and Arabic, to view the actual text before delivering the machine-readable only translated properties.
A Java properties file containing Chinese text looks like this:

Requirements
Java 1.5 or better is required to run Java Properties Viewer. Java is available as free download from http://www.java.com .
